And the streak continues for the fourth year; it is time for reflection. 2022 it was more about being intentional and mindful. A significant happening would be the change in role professionally. Itās been nine years since I started working back in 2013. I have been playing various roles as a designer, and over the years, I identified that I am leaning more toward the execution side of product development. I wanted to pivot and move into strategy and execution. Finally, after a couple of years of preparation, I got an opportunity this year to pivot into a new role as a Product Strategist.
