Online survey is a questionnaire that our target audience can complete over the Internet. We create online surveys as Web forms with a database to store the answers and statistical software to provide analytics.
- Ethnographic Study
An ethnographic study is one that comes from ethnographic research, a qualitative method where researchers completely immerse themselves in the lives, culture, or situation they are studying. They are often lengthy studies.
- Interviews
A user interview is a common user research technique used typically to get qualitative information from either existing or potential users.
- Personas
A user persona is a representation of the goals and behavior of a hypothesized group of users. In most cases, personas are synthesized from data collected from interviews with users.
- User Stories
A user story is a short sentence which encapsulates a need or piece of functionality in the language of the end user. It sums up what the requirement or goal is and the reason for it. It also means requirements are presented in a user-centric way.
- Think Loud
In a thinking aloud test, you ask test participants to use the system while continuously thinking out loud — that is, simply verbalizing their thoughts as they move through the user interface.
