- User Testing
Usability testing refers to evaluating a product or service by testing it with representative users. Typically, during a test, participants will try to complete typical tasks while observers watch, listen and takes notes. The goal is to identify any usability problems, collect qualitative and quantitative data and determine the participant’s satisfaction with the product.

Depth interviews are designed to probe attitudes, feelings, or motives not usually tapped by the asking of standard or prepared questions
- Think Out Loud
In a thinking aloud test, you ask test participants to use the system while continuously thinking out loud — that is, simply verbalizing their thoughts as they move through the user interface.
- Eye Tracking
Eye tracking involves measuring either where the eye is focused or the motion of the eye as an individual views a web page. Eye tracking offers us the ability to capture real physiological data about their conscious and unconscious experiences. This data is unique to eye tracking.
- Optimisation
With the data from the above testing methodologies web page or the application needs to be optimised best to meet the user and business goals. Usually a optimisation road map is prepared during this process.
