How each role changes

As the machines absorb feasibility, the product role tilts back toward the two legs that were always judgment: what is worth building, and whether it is true.

Design's front half — empathise and define — becomes the outer loop's most leveraged real estate. The craft moves upstream, to framing.

Writing becomes less valuable than reading. Tests stop checking the work and start commissioning it. The engineer becomes an editor with taste.

Quality assurance dissolves as a phase and re-emerges as evaluation engineering — and a genuinely new skill appears: trust calibration.

The most exposed seat on the old org chart is the one whose whole purpose was coordinating human throughput. Leadership's job is to run the rebalancing honestly.
